Please note that SigmaKey have TOP based smart-card. Schlumberger reader is e-gate based, so it can not read it.

In order to work with SigmaKey card you need to use Smart-Card reader that can work with TOP based card(SigmaKey dongle/box, Medusa dongle, Octopus Box, SELG box etc...).

The problem is to install proper drivers and use proper Smart-Card reader that can work with TOP based card.

Please explain me why you did open your SigmaKey dongle or Box and get from there smart-card?

Also, old Infinity box do not support TOP based card.

the damage I sigmakey test card and want to put it in another box

that box are supported for test card

dongle that serves no harm to me and new

Sorry but I can't clear understand what you mean.

As I understand you did damage to your dongle and what to use Smart-Card in other reader ?

If yes, you need to use reader that can work with TOP based Smart-Card. For example this one: SURE Smart-Card Reader

I recieved my box today and was facing the same problem, i unplug the box and run the setup.exe from the following folder

C:\Program Files\GsmServer\SigmaKey\drivers\AU9540DrvPkg V1.7.26.0_WHQL

and then plug the box again and it worked.
