i am using sigmakey on windows 8 and anytime i go to qcom the sigma software freezes need urgent solution

I using W7... when click in Qcom module software is very slow....

Please sign what Windows version exactly you are using.
Is it 32bit or 64bit OS?
What Sigma Software version you use?

Clean the registry of your Windows and you will solve this issue. I use Sigma on W7 x64.

Have just checked and everything is working ok. Try cleaning PC's registry or just installi Sigma Software at another PC.
