Perform following operations:

Fully uninstall Sigma Software
Download it once again
Install "fresh" copy of the software
Use it

In case it won't help, PM me Team Viewer User ID and Password, we'll check your case remotely.

Finally repaired the IMEI back to the original after it was changed after unlocking. You need 2 computers, 1 to root, other to unlock/repair.
