if i cant get root assess then i cant unlock any phone with this
first team kindly provide us root the root method
sorry for that other tool done sp unlock without any root just in 1 click and that is so cheap then sigma product

What version of this phone are you talking about exactly? Qcom version can be unlocked via diagnostic port on qcom tab. MTK version can be unlocked on ADB tab via adb interface

Y360 phone model is supported for the servicing purposes by SigmaKey via General and Yoda methods.
