Set the phone to Fastboot mode (vol- and connect the cable)
Open "MTK" tab.
Go to "Service" bookmark.
Select Adb device.
Press "Remove FRP" button

Try to connect one of these phones in powered off state. Install preloader, then Vcom port. Unlock via this MediaTek DA USB VCOM. Post the log.
