Install all drivers (see unknown devices in device manager). In this case you have to install alcatel hs-usb qdloader 9008 driver

lc5829, try to select different models in the right drop-down list (Qcom tab) and use this manual: Service without rooting -> IMEI repair

There's a small chance that it will work
