just purchased sigma box off of amazon 5 days ago support is very difficult since the driver for the smart card and for adb device is not located in support section i am running windows 7 and have no problems with my octoplus box, but this box is troubling me with those 2 drivers any support would be greatly appreciated, also purchased service packs 1,2,3 so

For install this Box or Dongle or other's Box/ Dongle we need only 2 minutes.

i suggest you put a tab on gui to see supported model in each pack rather always go to support page to see what pack a model is supported

It is possible to unlock and service, but you will have to downgrade phone's modem

All needed drivers for start using located minimum in 3 places:
1) In program files - gsmserver - sigmakey - drivers
2) here (Drivers for Box and Dongle)
3) at boot-loader.com - downloads - sigma free section - drivers
