To come up with the service solution for some specific phones, we need to literally have this phone in our hands to make necessary researches and tests, which often can be a time-consuming process.
Although some of the solutions can be tested with the help of Teamviewer.

According to the provided log file unlock operation is getting performed improper!

Huawei SCL-L01

Enable Manufacture Mode

Open the hidden device menu: dial "*#*#2846579#*#*"
Select "Project Menu" -> "Background Settings" -> "USB Ports Settings" -> "Manufacture Mode"

Unlock

Internet connection has to be enabled, proxy disabled. Root is not required
Select "Qualcomm" platform from the tab menu in the upper left side of the software
"Phone model" dropdown box has to be set to "Autodetect"
Go to "Unlock" tab
Connect your device to PC with USB cable
Install required Huawei smartphone driver (only if the phone is connected for the first time)
Select "DBAdapter Reserved Interface" port
Press "Direct Unlock" button
