Hello Sigma Team! I tested HUAWEI Y3II for unlock with new version but is still not supported for unlock without rooting and asking for root! I tested all methods for root what I find online but I cannot root the phone! Is not supported for rooting on any root tool yet! Can you help me how to unlock this phone?? Thank you!

i have a Y538 from Virgin, in Vendor country info show Sprint, this phone after unlock not make or receibe calls in gsm mode, change the country provider can fix this?
