Should be supported. Use the manual from the first post and share your results with us.

How to:
Open Qcom -> Service tab and select ZTE model from the drop-down menu.
Connect the phone in FTM mode

For the test purposes try running FRP Remove operation as it is stated in the 1st post and post results here.
Also, can you send/sell us this phone for the direct unlock development purposes?
