Hi,
I´m trying to remove the FRP lock in a Z835 model, but there´s no more option than "USB Serial Port...). I think maybe is a drivers issue.

I did download through the Sigma webpage:
MTK USB DRIVER
DRIVERS ZTE SMARTPHONES MTK ANDROID
DRIVER ZTE HANDSET
DRIVER SMARTPHONES ACER QUALCOMM

Additional I downloaded by myself:
Windows+10_MTK+VCOM+USB+Preloader+Drivers

But it is not working. I´m using Windows 10 64bits x64
Can you point me in the right direction.

The driver is the same. Go to device mannager, right click on android, choose update driver, browse my computer for driver sofware, click let met pic up..., choose ports (COM & LPT) from the list and chose ZTE and select next to install the driver.

You have to connect the phone in FTM mode (VOL-VOL+ insert USB cable).

Select Z835 in the right drop-down list and test all ZTE devices you have. FRP repair.
