Download special files:

Download special MTK addons from boot-loader.com (Sigma free section) and put them into My Documents\SigmaKey\addons\<your Sigma card number> folder.
Alternative: install SigmaKeyAddons_All_In_One.exe (contains all additional files required for Sigma, packed in one installer)

Settings:

Select "MTK" platform from the tab menu in the upper left side of the software
Go to "Service" tab
Select "USB (autodetect)" in the serial ports selection tab
Select your Alcatel phone model in the "MTK boot" drop-down menu
Press "Remove FRP" button

Phone`s connecting and servicing:

Connect turned off phone to PC with USB cable
(If phone enters charging mode, just reinsert the battery and restart the operation)
Install drivers for all devices that will appear in the system
Message "Done" indicates that procedure was completed successfully
Disconnect the handset. Remove and reinstall the battery
Post the successful log on the official Sigma forum
