after pack 3 bootloader should also be active to download special files so this can not be called free solution

my sigma activated all packs but i can not login to bootloader it says register device my device is registered already but can not go to bootloader

you have no registered device.

if you see the register link,click it

if you dont see the register link ,ask th seller to unregister the device

y selelr unregsiter my device ???

@ unlock phones,

Addon files are placed in a free section.
Just login with your username and password to the web site and download addon files via browser from a Sigma free section.

Alcatel 5009a is not officially supported, at the moment.

@ Yaya1,

Here is manual on how to check whether the phone is supported and how to find requried manual:

Go to the list of supported phone models
Find required brand - phone model
Press left mouse button on it
List of supported operations and required packs will appear
Under the list of supported operations appears "Help" button
By pressing on a "Help" button you will be redirected to the page with the manuals
