you forgot to Download special MTK addon (HuaweiDRA.msf) from boot-loader.com (Sigma free section) and put it into My Documents\SigmaKey\addons\< your Sigma card number > folder

Did one today, was having the same problem, had to update Sigma v.2.32.01 and finally unlocked the phone.

Fully charge phone's battery, re-install drivers, install latest Sigma Software version and run operation according to the manual.
After that post full log file in a current thread.
Also, please sign what an issue current phone has.
Why you want to run IMEI Repair operation.
