Please perform following operations:

Reconnect SigmaKey / Box directly to PC USB port, avoiding any kind of HUB
Reinstall drivers
Run Sigma Software once again

i have this problem with sigma smart card

SIGMABOX Smart-card exception 0x9903
the serial numbe is 805148015

Please perform following operations:
1. Locate logs folder at your PC
My Documents->SigmaKey->logs
2. Rar it
3. Send all of the log files in a rar archive to support[at]sigmakey.com

In order to be able to check what could go wrong and solve current issue we need to check all of the log files from operations performed by current SigmaKey.
