With this release we are glad to introduce the following benefits and improvements:

2. Flashing from backup copies (with "Write firmware" feature) now supports wider range of phone models

   • Secondary hardware IMEI detection and repair for Motorola EX109

Did you try to perform operation with the latest Sigma Software v1.09.02 version?
Post here report with the latest version, please.
Also, read phone backup from this set and mail it to support[at]sigmakey.com along with the log file or upload to any file sharing web site and PM link to me.

Also, please note, that we search this phone to buy and develop solution for repair second IMEI. If you can sell it, please contact me in PM.
