SigmaKey goes multiplatform!
We've added Unlock Code Calculation via IMEI for all Alcatel smartphones based on Qualcomm CPU with Android OS!
With this feature you get:
  • Largest and most up to date list of supported PIDs
  • Fast unlock code calculation procedure,

that is OK. Just run SigmaKey Updater to upgrade your dongle to the recent version. Then everything will work.

As MediaTek have already mentioned you need to update your SigmaKey to the latest version via SigmaKey Updater.
SigmaKey updater available for download form the Downloads section of the official web site.

How you connect SigmaKey to PC?
Is it connected directly to USB port avoiding any kind of HUB?
Have you updated SigmaKey to the latest version?
Try to run update operation once again, if some error appears, make a screenshot and send it to support[at]sigmakey.com
