SigmaKey Software v1.08.02 and SigmaKey Firmware v1.10 are out!

* Unlocking method depends on the version of Android OS. If Sigma software shows the message “Unsupported phone model”, during Direct Unlock/Read Codes operation, then unlock code can be calculated via IMEI number.

Some ZTE smartphones are based on another CPUs (OMAP etc.) but have the same encoding algorithm, so they can be unlocked with the Qualcomm Calculator.

Quick survey of our unlock options:
- Extremely Fast direct unlock with regular usb cable. While others still looking for the required phone model in the list to unlock it, we’ve already unlocked it!
- No user data (PhoneBook, SMS, phone settings etc.) will be lost after unlocking
- The solution is flexible - it is not tied to some strict list of models
- The solution doesn’t require any expensive activations
- The solution is standalone and unlimited
Note:
Unlock instructions for Alcatel and ZTE smartphones are slightly different. Please read them in the section with manuals.
The following MTK-based models were added to the list of supported:

- Motorola WX308 / WX346

We are looking for LOCKED Motorola, ZTE, Huawei Android smartphones! As soon as we get these smartphones we’ll be able to develop unlock solutions for them.

Please welcome SigmaKey Software v1.08.03.

With this release we fixed the bug that was found in the previous software version.
Please download SigmaKey software v1.08.03.

To revive phones that were bricked with the previous release, just repeat the same operation (Direct unlock/ Repair IMEI / Write flash...) with the new version of SigmaKey - 1.08.03.

This is definitely not a bug. The program tells you that this CPU (MT6250) is "Unsupported".

I had the same problem with a ot 880. I worked I could relive a ot880 alcatel updated with the latest flash bracket use the flash and all is well thanks
