@ laduka,

First of all Download an install latest version of Sigma Software, v1.08.06.
It is available for download from the official web site.
After that ensure that the SigmaKey connected directly to the USB port of the PC, avoiding any kind of HUB, and perform operation once again.

@ laduka

Please try to reinstall FTDI drivers. You can download them at official support site.

Also, please, try to connect your device to other USB port without any USB HUB.

What Card drivers you've installed?
Try to install this one and run direct unlock operation once again.
After that post results here.
Also, please sign what OS are you using.

i have allready instaled

im not new user my sigmakey works 3 month allreday and worked good

may be windows problemm?

i will instal it on another windows and post results

So what was the version of the drivers? Check it in the device manager.
