PLEASE TEAM HELP my sigmabox always chow this error .Smart-card exception 0x6F00. i use the latest software and my card is up to date

@ retw2007,

Please perform following operations:

Locate logs folder at your PC
My Documents->SigmaKey->logs
Rar it
Send all of the log files in a rar archive to support[at]sigmakey.com

In order to be able to check what could go wrong and solve current issue developers need to check all of the log files from operations performed by current SigmaKey.

sam probleme
I have the same problem with my sigma box.
Software and drivers are installed (last versions) and i have to proof with Win XP, 7 x32, 7 x64 and 10. But i got the same problem.
Windows recognizes the FTDI, but not the smart card.

PM me screenshot of the device manager with the SigmaKey connected to PC.
Also, PM me serial number of your box.

@ jhon1087,

What is serial number of your SigmaKey?
In most cases such an error indicates that there is problems in connection between Smart Card and Card reader.
In case your box has warranty cover, contact your reseller for warranty.
Otherwise, try to perform following:

Disconnect box/dongle from PC
Take out Smart card
Clean it
Place it back
Run Software

In case same issue appears, try to use Smart Card in another reader.
