Sprint XT1921-5 unlock failed

Originally had it in BP Tools as instructed.... gave me an error saying no response from phone. But I connected into FACTORY mode and selected "connect to Motorola device" I was able to process the unlock. But here's log still saying invalid sim

Current phone model requires to be serviced via QC Diag port.
Reinstall drivers and repeat unlock operation according to the manual.

What about the sprint xt1921-5??? I already create a post and posted logs. Gave me a false positive so the unlock for this model isn’t true

About xt1921-5 sprint: We don't have this phone in hands, but we did a remote unlocking test and user confirmed that xt1921-5 is unlocked.
We will review this information.
