Member: 662328 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 7 | To support team sigma box. I adquired sigmabox but i no undertand me the problem. I try installed, but in the update sofware appears this error: [ 31/10/2012 10:13:46 p.m. ] Error when connecting card in Axalto e-gate 1 SmartCard API error $80100069 The smart card has been removed, so that further communication is not I installed and unistalled very times and update the drivers but nothing. I need your help please. Wait for your response. Regards. |

Member: 1704421 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 1 | thank you for you help.....but the problem i have is when i unrer the driver and i try to install it does'n reconice the usb port from alcatel phones.....reconice the phones like memory card....and when i open the sigma box doesn't reconice the alcatel usb port..i'm usin window 7 ....is some other way to install it????? |
