G630 u20 unlock root fail

please support help with this phone i know that sigma supported this phone also i know tehre is some sussefull posted here in this forum reported that sigma root this phone with 1 and 3 option on tap root but always with older vercion like 2.06.01 why sigma box dosent allow to use old soft like other tool everyone knows that sometime new vercion has some bugs with some phone while older vercion tested work good with some phone the issue is that i try all method even vroot kingo root and sigma box all methot to root and unlock this phone without susses i have try to istall old tested vercion with this phone in other to rooted but fail to open soft it said is too old and cant open please give me any special .exe to root and unlock this vercion because new vercion dosent work here is the log

Try to use other methods by SigmaKey to root this phone.
Alternatively use any other root solution available on the Internet.

sorry my friend but that dosent help dont take me wrong but u should let user use old soft vercion that worked fine on tested hansed rathet than send me to googling look for for intenet root solution it been 2 days now looking for solution to root no susses im not a new user i know how to play this game trus me no susses to root and is no only u other tool dosent unlock this hansed with out root first but the reason i stop here to saying this i because im a loyal player to ur produts and i believe all ur done by sigma but sometime i think u should help more for example i had pay for all ur pack ok many of the phone u supported u need to root first i know u put a root tap in fact i think u the only team who do so thast great but some time this tap dosent work or at least it does but only in some soft vercion my question is why dosent allow to go back on vercion ??
many phone u said are supported on ur new pack we need to spend hours to googling on internet trying to find a way to root phone first some time server codes are faster and easy i think u should think about this issue at the end of the day we are the one to buy ur new pack everyyear thanks in adavnce i will keep look for a root solution or maybe custumer get tired and take the phone back

2 days not answer form support ok lets let it as a feedback for sigma i will prosses the huawey for server codes more faster next time i will think twice before to buy any new pack form u team many phone supported buy almost all of then have to root first

i know u may not care my problem i wont mention here but here are some serious team than problem like me they helping u send u some soft exe. for phone anyway i prosses code by server i posted here always when i prosses a susses unlock by sigma and 2day i need to say that the G630 U20 v4.3 sigma dosent unlock the phone without root first and only old soft vercion did root the phone but old soft vercion dosent work with sigma other team like z3x,furious,nck,polar, u can use old soft and resolve ur problem i hope in future u fix this problem u can close the thread now thanks
