| hi, apperently this phone cant connect while in sleep mode, before connecting the phone one have to set Stay awake while charging ON in Settings-Applications-Development. then u can unlock the phone. |

| @ samuelsteve 1. download and install drivers from support site; 2. disconnect all other phones that might be connected to your PC; 3. do all steps straitly regarding this manual: Direct unlock for MB612/853/855/860/861/867, ME860, XT610/882 Install Motorola drivers (only if the phone is connected for the first time) Turn the phone Off Connect the phone to PC with USB cable Turn the phone on and wait for it to fully starts up Select "Qualcomm" platform from the tab menu in the upper left side of the software Go to "Unlock" tab Press "Connect Motorola Android phone" Press "Unlock" button Message "Unlocking phone… Done" indicates that procedure was completed successfully Disconnect the handset Phone is unlocked Best Regards GSMServer team Last edited by GSM_Support; 10-04-2012 at 11:34. |
