Why do you cancel work of heuristic method? Press "yes", wait a bit and send the backup+full log from this phone. It's so simple...

Please perform following operations:

Download Sigma Software v2.10.02
Install it
Repeat Direct Unlock operation for the ZTE Z432 phone
During Direct Unlock operation software will read Dump file from this phone
Upload Dump along with the log file to any filesharing web site
Post link for it in a current thread
