Unsuccessful to repair imei of E4 XT1766 - GSM-Forum

Last Saturday I was Purchase new Sigma Box with three service packs. Now Today is Tuesday but still not successful to repair Moto E4 Sprint imei. My log is here below. I trying on Three different machines even one is 64 bit machine. I am also try with fresh installation of win7 Ultimate version only sigma box installed in machine but same response i was get. try android method but no result. Please for *** says tell me now What i can do to get result. I am very frustrated that my money is drain to hole. I am also try to contact with Sigmakey Team via email. But still no any reply from them. Please please help me if you should have any sens about Customer Care.

Repair IMEI feature is not supported for XT1766 phone model.

then which model is supported can you guide me please? in scrolling list only menition E4 sprint. If menition with model is easy for users

No tool supporting repair of E4 Qualcomm, sigma supports old model, or mtk ones.

any method like root mobile or EDL (9008mode) or any custome rom supported?
