@ rajeshbahri,

Officially current phone model is not supported by SigmaKey, at the moment.
But you can try to perform Direct Unlock operation according to this tutorial and post results along with the log file in a current thread.
Manual:

Quote:

Select "MTK" platform from the tab menu in the upper left side of the software
Go to "Unlock" tab
Turn the phone off
Connect turned off phone to PC with USB cable
Install drivers for all devices that will appear in the system; reconnect the smartphone
Drivers for ZTE MTK smartphones
Important: use drivers from Sigma Support Area only!
Select Android Gadget VCOM in the ports selection tab
Press "Direct Unlock" button
Message "Unlocking phone... Done" indicates that procedure was completed successfully
Disconnect the handset. Remove and reinstall the battery

rajeshbahri, You've made mistake in the procedure of unlocking. Follow the provided above manual and post the log.
