@ pezus1,
  1. Select VDF1400 from the list
  2. Select "plug the USB cable into the powered off phone" from the port list
  3. Power off the phone
  4. Press "Direct unlock" button
  5. Press and hold vol- and vol+ buttons simultaneously
  6. Connect your phone to PC with USB cable
After that post results along with the log file in a current thread.

Best Regards
GSMServer team

Unfortunately no luck. Tryed the above instructions on xp, win 10. Tryed with vol-, vol+ separetly, no connection. Cable ok, drivers ok. The computer detects something, because it makes some sound after connecting the tablet, but the the program doesnt connect... Hard reset?

Did you install drivers for all devices? Sigma detects the device with driver installed on it

Do you connect the device in the powered off state?

If that doesn't give you the port, try connecting in Download mode

Procedure:
  1. Open Qcom tab
  2. Go to "Service" tab
  3. Select your model in the right “Phone model” drop-down list
  4. Select virtual port “Plug the USB cable into the powered off phone…”
  5. Power off the phone
  6. Press "Remove FRP" button
  7. Press and hold vol- and vol+ buttons simultaneously
  8. Connect your phone to PC with USB cable
  9. Message "Done" indicates that the procedure has been completed successfully and the handset can be disconnected now.

Required drivers for all new devices can be downloaded here

If you did everything correctly and that also did not activate diag port, try this manual: Enable Diagnostic port
