Double check the unlocking manual.

Direct unlock for ZTE N720
  1. Select "Qualcomm" platform from the tab menu in the upper left side of the software
  2. Go to "Unlock" tab
  3. Connect turned ON phone to PC with USB cable
  4. Install required drivers (drivers will be installed from the phone automatically) only if the phone is connected for the first time
  5. Select USB Diagnostic Port in the ports selection tab
  6. Press "Unlock" button *

@ cdmakiller

Repair IMEI
  1. Select "Qualcomm" platform from the tab menu in upper left side of the software
  2. Go to "IMEI" tab
  3. Install required Android USB Driver Installer (only if the phone is connected for the first time)
  4. Set the phone to "FTM" mode
  5. Connect the phone to PC with USB cable
  6. Select ZTE Handset Diagnostic Interface in the ports selection
  7. Press "Restore IMEI" button
  8. The message "Done" indicates that procedure was completed successfully
  9. Disconnect the handset

Best Regards
GSMServer team
