well a blu t300 dead - GSM-Forum

hello team i di a few blu t200 and t300 with last update but whit this new one now i kill a t300 blu it just tray to power but no come to start.

any help pleases

@ cdmagsm03,

First of all post here log file from the operation you've performed. It'll help us to check what could go wrong.
Now perform following steps:

Read phone backup from the handset
Save it along with the log file
Send backup with the log and problem description to support[at]sigmakey.com
Alternatively you can upload this data to filesharing web site and PM link for it to me.
