As it is signed in the log field of of software this phone/CPU is not currently supported.
Check list of supported sets here.

Hi i'm trying to unlock motorola mb511 but all is in vain i have installed the drivers well but it doesn't get detected.but when i open Scout software its detected automatically. What could be the problem please help and thanks in advance.

XT720 from Boost mobile are different hardware. Boost mobile using iDEN technology, it is different from GSM technology. So for sure you cannot use that in the Philippines :D unless the NEXTEL ( that uses iDEN technology too ) is still on business there :)
