i hope you can add a list of all the supported phones in the exe and a help menu like other softwares and box.

it is hard for newbie on sigma box/sigma key to work if we don't know what sigma supports when we open the exe.

we always needs to search and search if sigma supports the phone we encounter or not.

unlike other box, we just need to open the software and we could look if it is supported because it is on the list and they have how to's and help texts on the exe also.

@ rajesh42,

According to the log file you've posted software could not connect to the phone.
Such an issue may appear due to many different reasons.
Please make sure that:

Battery charged more than 50%
All the side programs, that may interfere with the phone, are closed
The phone cable will not be disconnected till the process is done
Phone's connection:
- Via USB: connect the phone to USB port found on the back of PC (motherboard's USB port).
- Via COM: use recommended Prolific / FTDI drivers only.
Avoid using any kind of USB HUBS.

And after that try to service your phone once again.
