This phone model is not currently supported by SigmaKey.
For the research purposes you can read phone backup from this set and send it along with the log file and problem description to support[at]sigmakey.com
Alternatively upload it to any filesharing web site and P link for it to me.

Already handed the phone to my client. I only log backup is not

besides, please try to make repair IMEI procedure to this phone using latest software and give to us full operational log. You can send it to our support mail: support[@]sigmakey[.]com
