Wrong code calculation for Alcatel 4037R, any idea? - GSM-Forum

I have a few pcs of 4037R locked to Canadian Videotron. I tried to calculate codes, but all five codes are wrong, phone doesn't accept them. The second phone calculation has the same issue...
(I did not enter a wrong IMEI or Provider code and I was very accurate in code typing, so mistakes from my side aren't possible)
Alcatel OT 4037R
4037R-2BVHCA1 (X2D0UV03BF00)

NSCK 1613563576

Could you help me to solve this problem?

Brother!

Sigma don't calculate any correct Code. For unlock with Code don't use
Sigma.

In case calculated codes doesn't unlock your phone, perform Direct unlock operation.

@ Haicha,

Direct unlock doesn't work with my old Sigma key, so...
Ok, got it. I have no questions about this problem any more.
