Y511-U10 stuck at boot logo - GSM-Forum

I have two pieces Y511-U10 stuck at boot logo and off, can not enter recovery.
Please help flash file needed one of these two firmware so I can fix them with Flash Tool???
In Bootloader 2.0 does not have this model

Have you tried using Master reset feature?

I tried many times to get in recovery but the phone does not turn. Turn on only charger 220v end USB for 5 seconds on and shuts down, battery is fully charged.

Maybe EMMC problem..???

Many, many, many HUAWEI Phones they come with this error

Is not EMMC problem. I'm sure it's a software problem, if I find firmware for Y511-U10 will fix problem 100%. I can not find it anywhere firmware for Y511-U10. Can I flash Y511-U10 with this firmware Y511-T00?

did you solve your problem because i have y600-u20 hang on logo flashed with many firmware same problem....

Yes after flashing problem solved stuck at boot logo.
