This is the trick

1st get temp root with king root try apk Kingroot_V4.5.0.722.apk
2nd start direct unlock
3rd unplug usb when sigma/smartclip2 software restarts the device
4th get temp root again with king root Kingroot_V4.5.0.722.apk
5th plug usb back in
