You have to install drivers for PreLoader and Vcom Driver.
The drivers for ZTE MTK smartphones are here.

Here's the detailed manual on how to update your driver to needed version.
Remember, that you have to update drivers for Preloader and CDC port!

Go to device manager, right click on the device and then on it's properties:

The manual for MTK android smartphones says:
