Try to unlock this phone via diagnostic port (Qcom tab).
Enable diag: dial *983*87274# and choose "only Diag".

Try to connect this phone in FTM mode (vol- and powerON).
Does it give the diag port in this way?

no bro not the model I tried everything. perhaps once sigma key will be able to unlock/repair this phone.
