Check your IMEI .. I have a customer with this problem.. and after unlock not imei

@ mohiddin,

ZTE Z835 phone model is currently supported for FRP REMOVE operation, only!
To restore phone to it's original state, try flashing phone with original security backup via Flash operation.

Before servicing any phone, check whether it is supported and what operations are supported by visiting list of supported phone models page at the SigmaKey web site.

hi sigma team
i have tried 5 z835 to unlock it witch as you know and i know now leave them useless i have to restore the security backup but when i try to load the files for flash it doesnt show the file, the extention is .skb how do i have to restore the back on the phone

please help

hi we have the alacatel flip 4052r we are using sigmakey to unlock it but as they do the process then no signal from any carrier. please sigma support any solution or to restore the phone to carrier stake what to do
