i have 2 phone and after root try to unlock and now both phone are freeze on logo metro

@ frankcelular1,

According to the provided log files SigmaKey have read information from the phone but hadn't performed any operation to it.
Fully charge phone's battery and after that Master Reset / Re-flash phone.

and how to flash this model i have done hard reset and today same
only freeze on logo

i am trying Mobile Upgrade Q 4.9.7

but no success yet
my phone only conect in Android HSUSB QDloader 9008

but program no detect the phone

does some body have any solution for this

In all the internet and there is a part where they tell me to load the security file of the bootloader support of the section of sigma alcatel cualcomalcatel and it is loaded from the service part from the sigma but I have not been able to prove because I do not have To download the file if someone has it you could download it and pass it to me or try and let me know
