please how to root and unlock zte z830 android 4.4.2.
I follow the steps described on support but not possibile to root.
olease help me

ZTE Z830 is potentially supported phone model.
Try rooting this phone with any of the existing root solutions. If phone will be successfully rooted, try unlocking it using Direct Unlock feature.

i got it rooted with KingRoot-4.1.0.249-mobilesnack.net and was successfull, the problem now is that as soon as the phone reeboots during the unlocking process, it looses the root accesss. i tried with fg as well and was able to enable diag, but could not get it unlock as well

ZTE Z830 is already supported for the servicing purposes by SigmaKey.
In order to be able to service this phone, download and install latest version of Sigma Software and repeat unlock operation.
