ZTE Z835 phone model is not supported for the unlock purposes by SigmaKey, at the moment.
Currently this phone model is supported for the FRP Remove operation, only.

Before servicing phone, please check whether required phone is supported and what operations are supported for it by following this link.

To restore phone to it's initial state, flash ot with the original security backup read from your phones via flash option.

Yes, flash phone using flash option in Sigma Software.

Yes this worked to bring back the phone to 0 tries from 255 tries. I also reseted the unlock counter and enter the unlock code. Thanks

i have this problem how did you reset counter i will flash back security backup but after what do i use to reset counter
