@ beNexT,

Missing response from the phone message informs that the communication between phone and PC is not stable.

Please make sure that:

You use the latest version of Sigma software
Battery is fully charged
All the side programs, that may interfere with the phone, are closed
Connect phone to USB port placed on the backside of PC (motherboard's USB port)
Do not connect or disconnect other USB cables into the PC during the actual work with the phone
Avoid using any kind of USB HUBs
Phone has stock (factory) firmware version
Run operation once again
Post results in a current thread

"Phone model" dropdown box has to be set to "Autodetect"
Go to "Unlock" tab
Connect turned ON phone to PC with USB cable
Install required drivers (drivers will be installed from the phone automatically) only if the phone is connected for the first time
Select USB Diagnostic Port in the ports selection tab
Press "Unlock" button

which interfance i have to select i have only zte interface diagnostic and android usb interface

i have tried with zte interface dia.. says phone not supported i dont see that usb modem and i have installed the drivers what can i do please help thanx

Please run Direct Unlock operation according to the manual placed in this post.

In order to unlock Z993 you should select USB Diagnostic Port.

If you can't enter FTM mode, turn the phone ON, dial *983*87274# and choose "only Diag".

Z993 is supported by Sigma.
Z933 is NOT supported...
