zte z992 unlock done by sigmakey - GSM-Forum

Hi brothers
If you have problem with this model zte , download qualcom zte drivers from sigmakey homepage
turn phone in FTM Mode (Turn Phone off, press and hold Volume down button then Press and hold Power button till a screen will come out and say "FTM" )
then search COM Port in sigma software, tick DIRECT UNLOCK

@ hassan1975,

ZTE Z992 can be serviced without packs activation.
Re-connect phone to another USB port, reinstall drivers and repeat Direct Unlock operation once again.

@ hassan1975,

For some reasons Sigma Software can not read phone data.
Try installing Sigma Software at another PC and repeat operation once again, after that post results in a current thread.
