chinaking box connceting error(ANSWERED) - GSM-Forum

2 days ago i installed XXXXXX.BOX on my computer.after then my chinaking box doesn't connecting. now it always shows " connecting error". i uninstalled all the drivers then reinstalled all drivers but same result.need to solve this problem very urgently.all the drivers & ports r ok.other box r connecting ok except chinaking box.

there was an imei problem with my chinaking box.thats why i installed that said box. who knew my box will be damaged after that.tell me how to connect on yahoo or sonork.

today i have checked my box on another pc but still box is not connecting.there was an update which was failed after then this box is not connecting.

u r check with other pc ?? Then same error ?? If u can possible connect with new windows pc

how can i connect u with sonork id or qq id.that's why i m in problem.if i connect u then my problem can be solved,i have only team viwer id.last night i was trying to installed on a laptop which was built with windows 8,i could not installed the box on that laptop.driver was not found.but i have all the driver which is needed.plesase help me soon.

today i contacted my box reseller. they told me this box has been useless and i should buy new box.the box firmware has been corrupted and also serial no has been corrupted too. my box serial no shows 000.000.also box serial no striker has been deleted from backside of my box. is there any solution to rebuild the box firmware and serial no.please provide me ur opinion here.
