pls try to uninstall the driver and install again

check other port and try it.......

right click on my computer

click manage then which port connected check it.............

then re-connected and click correct port

then connect the box...........

i already tried all method but still same problem

1:uninstall the old driver and reinstall the new driver

2:change the a-b cable and try it

Try this way..

Check with ur Box Driver

Check with latest version

Check with ur A to B Cable

Try to check with other ports/other pc

If Still u r facing the problem!!!!
If that Box is under warranty time.Ask your reseller,from where u bought.
