how to get rid off MSWINSCK.OCX adm start up error in windows 7.
Start button>search for cmd> run cmd as administrator > type sfc/scanow
let the process completed. your problem solved

If problem still occurs then you need to register .ocx file
follow these steps on windows 7 64 bit OS

1) copy MSWINSCK.ocx to C:\windows\SysWOW64\
2) run C:\windows\SysWOW64\cmd.exe in Administrator mode
3) regsvr32 mswinsck.ocx

Done
