hi supporter, i need solution this phone has privacy protection password i manually hard reset phone factory reset and clear cache still has password then..

i tried to auto format with volcano mtk software but hang at zero percent

ah.. sorry but logs shows above was taken from android tool, as of now i don't have the phone, will continue this thread if i have it back to me.
