4007x Stuck At Logo - GSM-Forum

I have one Alcatel 4007x stuck at logo... and i have same working phone ....

on the back written same thing...

4007x-2AVDZA1
I try to flash that phone from download other files but it same... now how can i read back up from working fone ad write here...

i try to write readed file but phone dead

after writing readed file with volcano now phone is dead... i flash it with sptool but flashing complet and phone still dead....

Both r phone is same ..?
Kindly post here both phone read info with sereen shot ..
Do use Volcano Android tool ...

first do full flash format on yo dead fone in mtk android tab then flash the fone
