Active my inferno [ANSWERED & CLOSED]

i have Volcano box 1 year activated, i can't login InfernoTool_MTK.exe.its show this error Volcano has been locked(DogID:608012205 lockcide:10006).

My Device ID:960-734-231

logfile and error pic file in attach.

*(VolcanoTool.exe) or (VolcanoUtility.exe) and MerapiTool.exe also work fine no probelm but when i'hve run InfernoTool.exe tool not working.please help sir .my work are down plz save me.i hope volcano box is great any other box.thanks is advance

error 1006 not able to unlock either now or in future read below thread for reason..
